Proceed Portfolio Services GmbH is a subsidiary of GFKL Financial Services AG. GFKL group is the second largest German collection servicer. Together with the six other German affiliates besides Proceed Portfolio Services GmbH and three international affiliates the GFKL business unit „Receivables Management“ handles a loan volume of more than 20 billion Euro.

ABIT AG as part of the business unit „Software“ provides software solutions for receivables management for banks- and non-banks. GENEVA-ID is a software specialist for stock-administration and marketing systems in the insurance business.
