Management of (even large) pools of mortgage loans: performing, sub-performing and non-performing loans including appraisal of the collateralising real estate as well as their marketing and sales.In this connection especially the following services are offered (not limited) according to the relevant requirements and expectations of the client:

• Support in portfolio take down and transfer, for example organisation and logistics with respect to take over of paper files and collateral
• Migration of claim, loan, legal and property data into the IT system of Proceed Portfolio Services GmbH
• Title transfer

• All activities related to the management of non-performing loans, collection and collateral realisation
• Providing information to borrowers. Being contact person for borrowers.
• Analysis and set-up of resolution strategies as well as their implementation
• Appraisals of properties, marketing and sales
• Extra-activities by phone for debt conversion, (discounted) repayment of debt etc.

• All activities within the administration of claims and data, storage and administration of collateral documents
• Claim tracking and accounting
• All tasks within the administration of performing and sub-performing loans
• All activities within the monthly reporting system
• Forecast of collections, expenses and timing, set-up of portfolio business plans and presentation to the client
